UserTax - Bitpanda Enterprise

The tax field has been deprecated in favor of tax_identification_numbers.
The new tax_identification_numbers field supports multiple tax information entries,
allowing users to store and manage more than one tax identifier.
Use this field instead of tax for improved flexibility and future compatibility.
