Update the fiat stock

/v1/fiat-stock

Availability of this endpoint may vary based on the settlement process agreed upon between Bitpanda and its partners.

This is only applicable for the settlement type where fiat money is transferred between users’ and Bitpanda’s bank accounts every time users trade.
The partner will use this endpoint to notify Bitpanda about any new bank transfer of fiat money related to a transaction.
