Crypto Pay by Bitpanda is currently supported in Austria & Germany.How does it work?#
To make a payment using Crypto Pay by Bitpanda, follow these steps:1.
Select Crypto Pay by Bitpanda on our partner's platform.

Log into your Bitpanda account when prompted.
3.
Once your Bitpanda account name matches the name on the partner account, select the crypto wallet you wish to use for two consecutive transactions initiated simultaneously.
4.
Validate the money remittance transaction using SMS verification or 2FA.
5.
Bitpanda will sell the selected crypto asset, and the fiat equivalent will be sent directly to the partner.
Due to tax regulations in Austria, additional crypto may be sold to cover withholding taxes.
This means the total crypto deducted might be higher than the amount requested by the partner.

Known Limitations#
Please keep the following limitations in mind:No crypto-to-crypto transactions: Crypto is always converted to fiat before being sent to the partner.
No recurring payments: Each transaction must be initiated manually.
Single asset only: Payments must be made using one cryptocurrency/wallet at a time.
No transfers to other individuals: The name on the Bitpanda account must match the name on the partner account.
Non-reversible transactions: Once accepted by the partner, payments cannot be canceled or refunded.
Tax withholding in Austria: If the estimated post-tax amount is insufficient to meet the required fiat payment, the transaction will not be processed.
